Job Details
From the main screen of the application, touching a job will take you to the Detailed lists of expenses, mileage, time, and payments associated with the selected Job. To navigate between the different sections, the user can either select the upper portion of the screen that corresponds to the list that he/she is interested in viewing or they can swipe across the screen in either direction to access the next screen. There are separate list screens for the four different types of transactions: expenses, mileage, time, and payments.
On each list page, there is a header bar with a summary and three buttons:
- Summary – The summary area provides different data depending upon the list of items that are displayed.
- Add – The add button is used to create a new expense, mileage, time entry, or payment.
- Sort – The sort button is used to sort the data within the view by different sort criteria. The sort criteria changes depending upon the data shown within the list of entries.
- Information – Selecting this button allows the user to view a brief snapshot of the Job. This includes the job name, the total of the job, the total of payments for the job, and the purpose of the job. This is a handy button, if you forget what job you are editing :-).
