Job Summary not working?

Later versions of the Android operating system have enabled users to disable notifications for applications.  The "Job Summary" display is implemented within the Expense Manager Suite as a application notification.  So, if a user turns off notifications within Expense Manager (via the Android Operating System), then "Job Summary" will no longer work.  NOTE:  Other notifications within Expense Manager Suite will also stop functioning if notifications are disabled within the application.

To re-enable notifications within an Expense Manager Suite application, do the following:

  1. Select Settings from your Android device.
  2. Select Notifications.
  3. Find the appropriate Expense Manager Suite application (i.e. Expense Manager, Time Tracker, Expense Tracker, or Mileage Tracker), and select the application.
  4. Re-enable notifications for the application.
