Help
The help center within the application has a number of options available to make using the application a better experience. Options that are available are:
- What’s New - This gives you a view of what has recently changed within the application. If you are curious about more of the history of the application, you can select the link at the bottom of the list to see a complete summary of all the versions of the application.
- Get Support – This option initiates the sending of an email directly to BluJ IT support personnel. The email is prepped such that all you have to do is fill in your question and press the send button.
- Suggest A Feature – Similar to the Get Support option, this option initiates the sending of an email directly to the application support to suggest a new feature within the application. Again, the email is prepped such that all you have to do is fill in your idea. We really hope to hear more great ideas.
- Users Guide – This link takes you directly to this Users Guide web site.
- FAQ – This option takes you to a variety of Frequently Asked Questions with detailed answers to the questions. If you are stuck, this is a great place to go for answers to some of the most common questions asked about the application.
