Job Details
From the main screen of the application, touching a job will take you to the detailed lists of expense, mileage, time entries and payments associated with the selected job. To navigate between the different sections, the user can select the appropriate button at the bottom of the screen. There are separate list screens for the four different types of transactions: expense, time, mileage, and payments.
On each list page, there is a header bar with a summary and two buttons:
- Summary - The summary area provides different data depending on the type of entry displayed.
- Add – The add button is used to create a new expense, time, mileage, or payment entry.
- Sort – The sort button is used to sort the data within the view by different sort criteria. The available sort criteria is tailored to the type of entry displayed.
